03-18-02 - A few days ago I met some friends up at the park to check out Aleks' new car.  They wouldn't tell me on the phone... but I had a hunch... so I drove my dad's GS400 up to the Plateau.  Sure enough, that punk got a new Lexus IS300, dark gray, really slick looking.  We took some pictures, they did some burnouts, it was a good time.  You can check out a small animation of one of the burnouts here - big or small file size.  Here's the other pics from that time.  I didn't get a good shot of the IS300 'cause I'm a sucker, so I'll do that soon for the Cars section.

So that was that.  We got pretty lucky with the timing of that Park Chop.
