SMS.  Another acronym for you to remember.  It's easy though, relax.

It's been called both.  Doesn't mean they're both right either.  But they both work.

For instance, you can send me a text message through the Buzz page, and if you enter your text message-capable cell phone number, I can send a message back to your from my phone.  Groovy.

In Euroland everybody is standardized on GSM for cellular communications.  Hopefully the US will get smart and use GSM soon too.  Only time will tell.
