The weekend has arrived once again. I'm waiting for Nathan to
call me back with some sky diving info... he says there's a place that
does tandem jumps for $89 - that's better than $150 where I was planning
on going. I really want to do a solo jump, but Sierl
has to be at some family function mid-afternoon, so we don't have the
time for all of the training and crap like that.
I bought a new PDA yesterday 'cause my old Philips Nino is on the
fritz. I got a Compaq
3135 (click that for the info) for $150 after rebate, not shabby ey?
Two reasons I got it;
- I've been messing up lots of appointments and stuff w/o the use of
my PDA, so I was in need of one badly for scheduling, etc.
- When they normally cost about $500, $150 is a
deal
steal!
CompUSA has 'em in stock if
anyone else is interested. Honestly, everyone needs a PDA.
Keep your calendar, address book, notes, Word Documents, Excel
spreadsheets, voice memos... these things can do everything. It
runs on the Pocket PC platform - AKA Windows CE 3.0. Fun stuff.
Tonight should be awesome. Phat Ruckus is having a CD release
party for their newest album out at Chris's farm. I'm taking my
tent, althought I doubt it'll get used.
Then, tomorrow morning, Sierl and I are heading out for some sky
diving action. If I should die on my way down, know that I had a
fun life...
