Today is the first day of
existence for my online journal. How exciting, I bet you're just jumping around
with happiness, right? I guess if anything this is a neat way for me to look back
and see what I was up to.
Eventually I think I'll start a rating system for my days.
For now, I'll just give short explanations. Today was above average mainly
because it was really nice weather-wise. I got to work on time and did the
usual: Check e-mail, write any responses that needed to be written, that kind of
thing. I was expecting an e-mail telling me that I had won my bid on two Motorola TalkAbout walkie-talkies.
Unfortunately, I was out-bid so I had to re-bid today. (I saved some money anyway so
I'm happy.) I was also disappointed because I got some great pictures of my car on
Tuesday but I didn't have the cable which hooks my digital camera up to my computer at
work so I had to wait until tonight to post them. Check that out by the way. I did some
web work and finished my latest Star Wars book,
called "I, Jedi". It was really good. One of my bosses John cruised
in about this point and we worked on some computers for a bit and just farted
around. He had to run and help some people with their computers to it was back to
solo-Ed. Erik H. came to visit the office and see what our setup was like and we
just played with my computer for a bit. I ended up leaving work and going to the
park because that's where everyone is on a nice day. I got there and immediately put
on my 'blades. (I'm obsessed with rollerblading now.) I met Max and we went
to fill out a special form so we can visit our friend in jail. We had to go downtown
to Cleveland's Justice Center. Since it was still a really nice day this was all
very enjoyable. Because of rush hour we decided to bum around C-town for a bit so
we stopped by Tower City. We
finally decided to head home and we still got nailed by traffic at like 6:30! From
here I just ended up sitting at the park and a little side trip to Mr. Divots to hit some
golf balls. |
